This proposal asks the XPR Network community to approve a grant of $300,000 USD in XPR equivalent from the xprgrants fund to Metallicus Inc for liquidity and market making purposes. Metallicus is the core developer of the XPR Network and currently serves as the primary market maker on Metal X. The funding will be used to provide and manage liquidity for Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), and Stellar (XLM) on both the Metal X Decentralized Exchange (DEX) and the LOAN Protocol lending markets.

Why This Matters:
SOL, ADA, and XLM have already been bridged to XPR Network using the xTokens bridge. However, these assets are not yet available for trading or lending. To unlock their full potential, they need deep, active liquidity on Metal X.

Opening these new markets would:

• Attract traders from the Solana, Cardano, and Stellar communities

• Boost activity and fees on the DEX and lending platfor

• Increase Total Value Locked (TVL) across the network

• Drive new users to the xTokens bridge and XPR ecosystem

Metallicus has the experience and infrastructure to support these markets and ensure they remain healthy over time.

Grant Terms:

• Amount Requested: $300,000 USD equivalent in XPR ($100k for each market)

• Recipient: Metallicus Inc.

• Use of Funds: Liquidity provisioning and market making for SOL, ADA, and XLM on Metal X DEX spot markets (order book trading)

Next Steps if Approved:

1. Metallicus will open markets for SOL, ADA, and XLM

2. Liquidity will be seeded and order books will be live

3. Lending and borrowing options will be enabled through the LOAN Protocol

4. Ongoing market making will ensure competitive pricing and availability
