As Twitter was recently acquired and rebranded to X.com, there has been much discussion about a fast, free-to-use payments integration that would work with some notion of identity (DID) and fiat (USD). XPR is perfectly positioned to offer this technology and also has the DAO capability to make a proposal to make it more enticing for X.com to integrate. This proposal, if activated, would grant 10,000,000,000 XPR to X.com and Elon Musk, upon the condition X.com chooses to integrate and use it to enhance the payments and crypto trading experience.

Many that are familiar with XPR network take pride in its efficient transactions and seamless experience when it comes to lending and trading. With no gas fees and no concept of MEV (miner extracted value), it’s the perfect on-chain solution for a social network of X size. Additionally, with the introduction of XPRo, many premium features can be offered such as loyalty through NFTs, creator rewards streaming real-time in your currency of choice (such as DOGE, BTC, XPR, USD, etc), and more.

Some of the potential uses of the XPR grant to X.com should they implement it, could be:

• Donating XPR to all users on the platform based on engagement

• Paying out creator rewards

• Creating an XPRo DAO to vote on how the XPR might be used

• Pay for resource fees for users across the platform

Please note, that if this proposal passes it would still require X.com to choose to integrate XPR before any amount of the 10,000,000,000 XPR could be released to X.com. Additionally, for any of the XPR to be minted it would require not only acceptance by X.com but also Consortium approval and 15/21 active block producer approval.
